The £60m residential, build-to-rent development forms part of a gateway into Manchester, offering views over the River Irwell and across the city centre.

Design follows a fan layout, forming continuous balconies of flat bar balustrades around the perimeter which contrast with the vibrant anodised aluminium cladding.
