Offering magnificent sea views, individual glass balcony balustrades were installed to this 6 storey residential block. HiMex coating applied to stainless steel was specified for durability in the most demanding and harsh marine environment.

The external balustrades had to be designed to withstand higher than normal wind loading values due to the project location and the fixing detail had to be cleverly designed to prevent any penetration of the balcony waterproofing layer.
