Gavin Boyt
Finance Director
Gavin grew up around Delta long before joining full time in 1999 straight from school; as he puts it, Delta is in the blood. As Director he looks after the operations and commercial side of the business, spanning contracts, design and the systems the business runs on, and making sure the information everyone depends on, from a price to a programme date, is accurate and easy to get hold of.
His favourite moment is seeing a job Delta has quoted, designed and installed come together on site, knowing the commercial side of it stacked up as well as the balustrade did. Outside work it is DIY and practical fixes around the home and office; otherwise he is probably next to a BBQ, out on a bike, or flying a drone.
