Meet the Team
Luca Palagi
Project Manager
Luca joined Delta in 2025, having previously project managed on a client site for Bentley Motors. He follows each project from sales handover through to completion, making sure the job is delivered on time and on budget while keeping a strong relationship with the client throughout.
Interacting with clients is his favourite part of the role. Outside work Luca can be found supporting his son on his go-karting journey, or out on the golf course.
