Meet the Team

Murray joined Delta in 2010 within the design team, armed with a pencil and rubber, and has grown with the business ever since. Starting in design gave him a strong understanding of both the technical and operational sides of delivering successful balustrade projects, and he still enjoys discussing the finer details of a scheme today. With a background in accountancy, economics, project management and process control, he now works across all areas of the business as Managing Director, supporting Delta’s people, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring Delta continues to lead the market through innovation, quality and service.

The most rewarding part of his role is seeing individuals and teams realise their potential, and he firmly believes there is always an opportunity to improve, no matter how successful things may appear; Thomas Edison’s “When you have exhausted all possibilities, remember this: you haven’t” has always resonated with him. Outside work Murray enjoys time with his family, DIY projects and unwinding through music, playing one of several instruments depending on his mood, though his family will likely question just how relaxing it is for them.
