Meet the Team
Toma Rosu
Surveyor Supervisor
Toma knows Delta’s balustrades from both ends of the tape measure. He spent around a decade as a self-employed fitter working mainly for Delta before stepping into his current role as Surveyor and Supervisor in 2025. Day to day he surveys stairs, balconies and more, and still installs balustrades now and again when the fitting teams need an extra pair of hands.
His favourite part of the job? Not being in an office all day. Outside work it is all about family and trips away.
